Add tags to the worker profile to filter workers when adding them to a shift. Using Worker Tags to fill shifts: Default Client Rules & Tags: Add rules & tags to a Client - when creating an event for that client, those will apply automatically. Add these to a client’s profile by navigating to Client - Clients - the wrench - Default rules & tags. If you need your events tags to be deleted or modified (i.e. updating a misspelled tag), please contact your Client Success Specialist or open a support ticket.
