What is it?
Exactly as it sounds - workers can sign-up as a worker for your company through your company’s login page.
By clicking Sign up, the worker will redirected to enter personal details: name, email address, contact number, and set up a password. Once the worker has filled in the information, they can then click submit.
When the worker has signed up, they will receive a message that their account needs to be approved by a manager.
This worker’s account will appear in the workers module under “pending workers”. Here’s how it looks from an admin perspective:
- Go to the workers module located on the blue admin bar on the left-hand side
- Click “Workers”
- Click “Filter”
- Select “PENDING” from the dropdown
- Click “APPLY.

Approving a pending worker click the wrench to the right side - MORE - APPROVE - OK
When you have completed this process, the worker will then move from PENDING to ACTIVATED.
