You can personalize the error messages that appear when a worker attempts to log in while their account is inactive or pending approval. These messages, which also include your company’s HR contact information, can be tailored to fit your company’s needs. To customize your account messages:- Navigate to Configuration.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Worker Communication.
- Click on Custom Account Messages.
