One of the unique features of Roosted is its worker review system. When used effectively, these reviews help Roosted staff your shifts in a balanced and efficient manner. A Good Review A positive review helps workers build a higher rating. Over time, this can elevate them into higher categories, allowing them to sign up for shifts further in advance. A Bad Review Conversely, a negative review lowers a worker’s rating. If a previously well-rated worker receives consistently bad reviews, they will drop to lower categories and need to work harder to regain their previous perks.
