- Manually creating workers
- Importing workers
- Worker self sign-up
Import process Clicking the “Import” button, to start importing your workers. We recommend our standard worker import template, downloadable from the worker import wizard. You can also use your own Excel sheet of workers. See Worker Import Template for more information.
Once you add file for import, Roosted will ask you to match the columns with our columns quickly and easily. Many of the columns may already be matching.
Ensure that you scroll through all columns when the screen above is displayed. If you have workers on your account, either active or inactive, and include them on your import sheet, the system may detect duplicate email addresses, causing these workers to not upload correctly. How long does it take to import? Importing is very quick and usually only takes a couple of minutes, even for large imports. Please refresh your webpage after completing the import. Once you have imported your workers, you will need to send an onboarding message to them to allow them to get logged in for the first time. See **Onboarding Workers **for more information. Check our video which explains the process even better!
And that’s how you import your workers on Roosted! 😀
