Wrong password: If while logging in you are seeing the issue of an Invalid username or password, try the basic troubleshooting steps explained below. Solutions:
  • You can visit https://login.roostedhr.com/passwordReset to request a new password be sent to your email. If you do not see the email, make sure to check your spam folder.
  • You can contact your place of work to have them update your password.
Error message: If you cannot log in to your account and you returned directly back to the username and password prompt with an account status error message. Solutions:
  • Account may still need to be activated: You should contact your place of work regarding the status of your account.
  • Some old browsers aren’t supported: If you’re using an old version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may experience problems with Roosted. Switch to a modern browser like Chrome.
  • Cache needs to be cleared: Occasionally, you’ll need to empty your browser’s cache for Roosted and other websites to function correctly.
