There is no limit to the number of templates that you can create so feel free to create templates for each type of scenario that you can think of to help speed up your scheduling process! 😎 Could not display content Creating a Shift Template Click ADD, name the template and include a description.
Once you have named your template & included a description click Add Template. On the next page, you can begin building your template by clicking ADD SHIFT. Then, select the Skillset you would like to add to the template.
In the below scenario, we will add the Bartender, Server & Supervisor skillsets.
For each skillset, you can enter a start and ending time. Increase the Quantity needed: type the number or use the arrows on the right. You can also include Wage details and travel hours. At the bottom of each skillset, you can add comments. These comments will automatically appear when you select this template and will be visible to workers on this shift.
Always after entering new comments in this section UPDATE SHIFT COMMENTS to save - otherwise, the changes will be lost. When you have finished entering the information for this template, simply click the **X **to navigate to the previous page.
Where do I use Shift Templates? Shift Templates can be added to a new event or added to an existing one. Click ADD SHIFT - at the top of the dropdown, add the Templates created.
