Inactivating a worker from Roosted account means that a worker will not be able to log in, sign-up for shifts, receive communications, and will not count against your active worker totals. Removing or inactivating a worker is very easy and can be done from the Workers Module. We can inactivate one worker or inactivate multiple workers at once.
An owners account cannot be inactivated.
If a worker has shifts they are currently scheduled for, Roosted will remove the worker from those shifts.

Inactivating One Worker

Click the wrench icon to the right of the worker profile - MORE - INACTIVATE - Inactive again to confirm.

Inactivating Multiple Workers

Click on the check box to the top left of the workers in question - X selected workers - Inactivate Workers -> Inactivate All If you are inactivating one or multiple workers, you will have the option to send a message via e-mail/text message or both. Inactivating a worker doesn’t mean their profile and details are lost - they can be easily activated again. Inactivated workers can be found using the filter function. Please contact support for more information.
