Activating a worker means moving them from inactive to active, allowing them to log-in, sign-up for shifts, and receive worker emails and messages. Access the worker’s module and filter the workers to see only the inactivated workers: FILTER - INACTIVATED - APPLY. You can activate one or multiple workers at the same time. Activating one worker We click the wrench icon on the worker profile - MORE - ACTIVATE and confirm. Activating multiple workers Select all or many workers in the top left corner. If you want to deselect workers, you can do this by clicking on the checkmark. Click the SELECTED WORKERS dropdown and activate all workers & ACTIVATE ALL. And you are done! These workers will now be viewable from your activated worker’s list! 😆
