Adjusting Client Signature Settings
To adjust your settings, navigate to:- Configuration -> Settings -> Time Tracking -> Client Signature
From this page, you can modify the following settings:
- Active:
- Toggle Client Signature On/Off: If toggled on, you can adjust additional settings. If toggled off, all following settings will be greyed out.
- Email Clients on Signature:
- Toggle On/Off: If enabled, an email will be sent to the main email address listed in the client’s profile. If disabled, no email will be sent.
- Note: If you are seeking a signature from a senior staff member and do not need to notify the client, ensure this is toggled off. For further assistance, contact your Client Support Specialist.
- Email Reviewer on Signature:
- Toggle On/Off: If enabled, the assigned Event Reviewer will receive an email confirmation when a signature is received. If disabled, they will not receive an email.
- Email Time Tracking Manager on Signature:
- Toggle On/Off: If enabled, the assigned Event Time Tracking Manager will receive an email confirmation of the signature. If disabled, they will not.
- Email All Admins on Signature:
- Toggle On/Off: If enabled, all admins on the account will receive an email when a signature is received. If disabled, they will not.
- Email All Owners on Signature:
- Toggle On/Off: If enabled, all owners will receive an email notification of the signature. If disabled, they will not.
- Include Individual Punches on Signature Email:
- Toggle On/Off: If enabled, the email will include a list of individual time punches for the event. This applies to all email notifications set above. If disabled, individual punches will not be included.
