In this article, we will guide you through adjusting your Client Signature Settings in Roosted. This feature allows you to receive signing approval on an event from either a physical client or a senior staff member. To adjust your settings, navigate to Configuration -> Settings -> Time Tracking -> Client Signature. From this page, you can modify the following settings.

Toggle Client Signature On/Off

If toggled on, you can adjust additional settings. If toggled off, all following settings will be greyed out.

Email Clients on Signature

If enabled, an email will be sent to the main email address listed in the client’s profile. If disabled, no email will be sent.
If you are seeking a signature from a senior staff member and do not need to notify the client, ensure this is toggled off. For further assistance, contact your Client Support Specialist.

Email Reviewer on Signature

If enabled, the assigned Event Reviewer will receive an email confirmation when a signature is received. If disabled, they will not receive an email.

Email Time Tracking Manager on Signature

If enabled, the assigned Event Time Tracking Manager will receive an email confirmation of the signature. If disabled, they will not.

Email All Admins on Signature

If enabled, all admins on the account will receive an email when a signature is received. If disabled, they will not.

Email All Owners on Signature

If enabled, all owners will receive an email notification of the signature. If disabled, they will not.

Include Individual Punches on Signature Email

If enabled, the email will include a list of individual time punches for the event. This applies to all email notifications set above. If disabled, individual punches will not be included. And that’s how you can adjust your Client Signature settings in Roosted! 😎
