What is Coworker Display?
Coworker Display allows you to show information about coworkers for each shift and/or event. This feature helps employees see who they will be working with, fostering better communication and coordination.Customizing Coworker Display
You can choose which information is displayed or hidden. To adjust these settings:- Navigate to Configuration.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Worker Interaction.
- Click on Coworker Display.
If you toggle this off, all the following settings will be greyed out. Display coworker information for the entire event By toggling this on, workers will be able to view the names of all their coworkers for the entire event, not just those on their current shift.
**3 more pieces of information can be mix and matched: ** 1. Display coworkers’ phone numbers (in addition to their names) By toggling this on, coworkers will be able to see their coworker’s phone number in addition to their name.
2. Display coworkers’ email addresses (in addition to their names) By toggling this on, workers will also be able to see their coworker’s email addresses.
3. Display coworkers’ shift titles (in addition to their names) By toggling this on, workers will be able to see their coworkers’ shift titles (i.e Bartender / Server etc.)
