- Go to the blue Admin bar.
- Click on “Scheduling.”
- Select “Request Manager.”
You can choose to show requests by Shift Date, Worker Name, Location or Event by clicking and selecting from the dropdown to the right of the blue arrows.
When you expand a request by clicking the blue box, you’ll see detailed information including:
- Name: The name of the worker who requested the shift.
- Event: The name of the event.
- Skillset: The skillset required for the shift.
- Remaining Spots: Indicates how many spots are still available. For example, if 4 workers are needed and 2 spots are open, it will show as 2/4.
- Shift Time: The date and time of the shift.
- Location: The venue where the event is being held.
- Submitted: The date and time when the request was submitted.
- Request Comments: Any comments the worker has included. Note that workers can add comments based on your company settings.
When you accept a worker for the last open spot and other workers have requested the same shift, the system will prompt you to choose whether to leave the remaining workers as backups or reject their requests. For more details, please refer to the section on Alternates. Rejecting a Shift Request: To reject a shift request, click the red X next to the worker’s name and then click “Reject.”
