# Calendar View Search & Filtering Options

> How to filter events in the calendar view?

The Calendar View page will allow you to filter your events in several different ways.

**Search by Event Tag:** Event tags can be added to individual shifts as a way of filtering and organizing your events. See **[Event Tags](https://support.roostedhr.com/en/articles/9497054-event-tags)** for more information.

**Search Event Names:** You can search by the event name.

**Search Venue Names:** You can filter your events by searching the Venue.

**Areas:** You can filter and organize your event areas to be associated with an event. See **[Areas](https://support.roostedhr.com/en/articles/9491866-areas)** for more information.

**Show only unfilled events** Only see the events that have unfilled openings - helpful to identify events that require your attention.  And this is how you use Calendar View Search & Filtering Options through Roosted! 😎
