# Custom Legal Acknowledgement

> The feature allows you to require workers to provide their agreement or acknowledgment  when they punch out of a shift.

You can now require your workers to indicate their agreement or acknowledgment when punching out of a shift. This feature is often used for legal purposes, such as collecting signatures for disclaimers or waivers (like a meal break waiver).

To customize the Custom Legal Acknowledgment, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the settings page by selecting the **Blue Admin Bar** on the left-hand side.
2. Go to **Configuration**.
3. Click on **Settings**.
4. Select **Time Tracking**.
5. Click on **Custom Legal Acknowledgment**.

Here, you can enable or disable this feature and tailor the acknowledgment message to meet your specific needs.
