# Client Orders

> How you clients can place their orders?

Client orders are placed by your customer through the Client Portal. From the Client Orders, you can see order details: the date of the ordered event, when the order was placed, the client's name, and information about what is required with the order.

## Searching & filtering orders

You can manage and view orders using the following features:

* **Search by Order Name:** Type into the search bar to find specific orders.

* **Filter Orders:** Click the order type dropdown to filter by:
  * **ALL ORDERS**
  * **NEW ORDERS**

* **Sort Orders:** Click the order event dropdown to sort by:
  * **Event Date Oldest First**
  * **Event Date Newest First**
  * **Order Placed Oldest First**
  * **Order Placed Newest First**

## Order Details

All placed orders will display the following information:

* **NAME:** The name associated with the order.
* **LOCATION:** The location of the event.
* **DATE PLACED:** When the order was placed.
* **EVENT DATE:** The date of the event.
* **INTERNAL ORDER ID:** The unique identifier for the order.
* **ORDER PLACED:** Details of the order.
* **ORDER:** Additional specifics related to the order.

The status of the order will also be shown. For example, in the display below, the order is marked as **NEW**. Clicking Order Details will open additional information:
